Job summary

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield is seeking an Asset Management & Development Analyst to join the Netherlands team working on Stadshart Amstelveen, URW's flagship mixed-use transformation project.

You'll shape the asset's short- and long-term vision by delivering high-quality commercial analysis, financial modelling and strategic insight, collaborating with Leasing, Finance and senior stakeholders to support investment decisions and value creation.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the development of Stadshart Amstelveen's long-term vision, strategy and business plans
• Building and optimising financial models, including feasibility studies, cash flows, sensitivities and investment analyses
• Supporting quarterly valuations and financial performance reviews
• Preparing presentations and materials for investment committees and senior stakeholders
• Working closely with Leasing
