TUI Group is seeking an Asset Lifecycle Engineer to optimise lifecycle costs for our global aircraft fleet within Technical Aircraft Asset Management. You will manage day-to-day asset lifecycle activities and drive continuous improvement across the lifecycle.
You will work with the Airframe Asset Manager to review maintenance events, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure data accuracy in our assets database and lease administration. Strong English and analytical skills are required.
Join us as an Asset Lifecycle Engineer and play a key role in optimising the lifecycle costs of our global aircraft fleet.
At TUI, our Engineers are vital to keeping our aircraft – and our customers – moving safely and smoothly. From day one, you’ll be part of a skilled global team, supporting operations across our network and helping to ensure every aircraft is ready to fly on time and to the highest standards. Success means being a reliable, safety-first problem solver who brings the TUI spirit to life with every turnaround.

A career to shape: Access the TUI Learning Hub to level‑up and reach your ambitions.
Broaden your network: We champion intercultural collaboration and provide opportunities to work on global projects and teams.
Community: Get involved with incredible local charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation.
TUI Group is the world's number one integrated tourism business and as an Asset Lifecycle Engineer within our Technical Aircraft Asset Management function, you'll optimise lifecycle costs for all aircraft in TUI Aviation by managing the day-to‑day asset lifecycle activities and driving continuous optimization of aircraft asset performance, value and cost throughout the lifecycle.
What helps you build brilliant solutions?
At TUI, safety is our top priority. We conduct thorough background checks on all employees who join our Airline.
Please note that if you are applying for a role in the UK, you must ensure you can provide a full 5 years referencing, plus a criminal record check for all countries you’ve resided in for more than 6 months in the past 5 years (some costs may apply).
TUI’s commitment to development has helped me grow year after year. I recently completed a composite repair course, which means I can now carry out structural repairs on our 787s - it’s incredibly rewarding. The flexibility here is a big plus too. Our summer shift pattern gives us shorter hours, so there’s time to properly unwind. And the colleague concession scheme? A great bonus - discounted holidays never hurt!
