Job summary

McCain Foods Holland B.V. is seeking a Junior Master Planner to join the Snacking Supply Chain team in the Netherlands.

You will bridge demand forecasting with manufacturing, creating master production schedules for Appetizers sites in Rilland, Kruiningen, and Hull, and optimize inventory and capacity. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education.
• Experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply planning in a dynamic manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain master production schedules for Appetizers sites.
• Identify capacity bottlenecks and provide data-driven insights.
• Contribute to S&OP process through analysis and scenario planning.
• Define and monitor stock strategies to meet performance targets.
• Manage inventory levels balancing service, cost and efficiency.
• Drive supply chain optimization and capacity utilization initiatives.
• Collaborate across functions on continuous improvements.
• Optimize planning tools, processes and reporting.
• Support logistics to ensure products reach customers via correct flow.
• Lead key supply chain projects driving improvements.
