McCain Foods is seeking a Manager, Demand Planning – Global Snacking to consolidate regional demand inputs into a single, coherent global view. The role drives end-to-end supply planning, aligns forecasts with strategy, and participates in S&OP/IBP consensus cycles across regions.

The ideal candidate has expertise in demand planning, statistical forecasting, and S&OP/IBP processes, with hands-on SAP APO/IBP and BlueYonder experience, advanced Excel skills, and BI tool proficiency.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Analytics, Engineering, or Business).
• Proven expertise in demand planning and statistical forecasting with S&OP/IBP experience.
• Hands-on proficiency with SAP APO/IBP and BlueYonder; advanced Excel and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate regional inputs into a Global Snacking demand view across products, channels, and markets.
• Vet and challenge regional forecasts for reliability and consistency.
• Partner with Regional Managing Directors to align demand view with strategy and plans.
• Attend region Demand Gap Reviews to bring a global lens to consensus discussions.
• Define and govern global demand-planning standards for regional consistency.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and drive improvements across regions.
