Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as an Application Packaging Engineer.
- Extensive knowledge of modern Microsoft environments.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Digital Workplace Studio.
- Experience with application packaging, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of application lifecycle management and software deployment processes.
- Knowledge of secure and stable digital workplace environments.
Responsibilities
- Package and publish applications to end-user devices per policies.
- Analyze and collect technical requirements for application software.
- Support, maintain, and develop application packages to meet business needs.
- Troubleshoot installation issues on end-user systems.
- Resolve visibility and publishing issues in the company portal.
- Analyze cache logs to identify deployment failures.
- Perform application re-engineering when required.
