Job summary

TNO seeks an Application Administrator / Packager to join the Digital Workspace team. You will build and quality-check software packages, support end users, and automate packaging with MSIX, App-V, and PowerShell. You will help select deployment methods and manage SCCM distributions in a hybrid The Hague-based setting.

You will work in an Agile, two-week sprint environment, contributing ideas to innovate packaging and deployment processes while ensuring smooth software access for users.

Qualifications

• HBO-level education in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in a similar Application Administrator/Packager role.
• Deep knowledge of MSIX and App-V packaging.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, registry, files, permissions, and GPOs.
• Scripting in PowerShell and Windows Batch Files.
• Experience with MSI/Windows Installer packaging.
• Familiarity with Winget, SCCM, and Intune.
• Knowledge of patch management tools (Flexera SVM) and FSLogix.
• Strong Dutch and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake sessions, build application packages, and perform quality checks.
• Provide end-user support to ensure correct software access.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for packaging and deployment.
• Determine deployment methods for each product and distribute via SCCM.
• Monitor and mitigate issues for self-managed software.
