Job summary

Embraer seeks a Material Representative for VSS Commercial Aviation at its EMEA HQ in Amsterdam. You will coordinate material programs, AOG support, and on-site stock activities while driving Retrofit campaigns and KPI dashboards.

Ideal candidates have a engineering/business background, 5+ years in material support, and strong SAP/Salesforce experience. This role requires close stakeholder collaboration with service centers and customers in a dynamic aviation environment.

Qualifications

Degree in engineering, business management or related field.
Experience in material support, supply chain and order management.
Experience with SAP and logistics movements a plus.
AOG knowledge and retrofit/repair coordination is desirable.

Responsibilities

Coordinate material programs management activities (AOG, on-site audits, reconciliations).
Manage retrofit campaigns, parts distribution, and service center scheduling.
Prepare presentations and KPI analyses for material performance.
Engage with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure material requirements.
