Job summary

Fokker Services Group is seeking an Operational Buyer to join the Order Control team in a two-shift environment. You will ensure timely availability of materials, procure services, and manage supplier performance to support daily aerospace operations.

You will interact with suppliers, manage RFQs, and maintain accurate records while driving cost competitiveness and quality across our procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with purchasing and tendering processes.
• Proficient in MS Office and documentation.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of quality systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with Envision and process improvement approaches.
• Lean and Six Sigma knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities and secure materials under optimal conditions.
• Plan and outsource components for testing, repair and overhaul.
• Maintain inventory levels and supplier administration.
• Manage RFQ processes and select suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance on delivery, quality, cost.
• Handle RMAs, restocking, and non-conformities.
• Ensure quality controls and support continuous improvement.
