Job summary

Ag Universe in Amsterdam seeks an Aircraft Interiors Project Manager to lead the joint venture with Aeronáutica Gestión (AG) and JetSupport. You will act as the focal point between customers, JetSupport MCC, AG Madrid, and local technicians, ensuring quality, profitability and growth.

Key functions include operations and workshop coordination, quality and compliance, commercial management with customers, financial control and reporting, and admin with HR.

Qualifications

• Technical or engineering degree (aeronautical, industrial, mechanical) required.
• High proficiency in English (C1) required.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Experience in aeronautical environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily coordination of interior work and workshop planning.
• Supervise JV technicians and manage workload, shifts, and overtime.
• Ensure compliance with AG quality standards and regulatory procedures.
• Communicate with owners, operators, and AG Madrid; prepare offers within limits.
• Monitor profitability and report KPIs to the JV Committee.
