Job summary

The International Criminal Court, Victims and Witnesses Section, is seeking an Analyst to support the ICC Protection Programme and ensure safe handling of witness information. You will work under the Analyst and collaborate with the Senior Managers to maintain analytical integrity and confidentiality.

This role emphasizes strong drafting, presentation, and cross-functional coordination in a high-stakes, multicultural environment in The Hague. A lengthy track record in analysis is valued.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: Diploma of Secondary Education (advanced/university degree may substitute for two years' experience).
• Experience: 10+ years in analysis or government intelligence roles; international experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist Analyst to increase analytical capabilities for ICCPP and safety of victims and witnesses.
• Monitor security situations and collect information from various sources.
• Register information and intelligence securely.
• Draft reports and give presentations on relevant topics.
• Review confidential documents and redact sensitive information.
• Translate confidential documents or provide interpretation during calls with protected witnesses.
• Provide analytical support to Senior Managers in the absence of the Analyst.
• Protect confidentiality and dignity of victims and witnesses.
• Perform other duties as instructed by the Analyst and Senior Manager.
