Job summary

The ICC - International Criminal Court in The Hague, NL is seeking an Analyst Assistant (G-7) to support the Victims and Witnesses Section in the Division of External Operations. The role focuses on analytical tasks, information management, drafting reports, and protecting witnesses' confidentiality under time-sensitive conditions.

The ideal candidate has extensive analytical experience, strong drafting and presentation skills, and the ability to handle complex data with discretion.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and reasoning abilities to assess complex scenarios.
• Excellent drafting skills and ability to prepare analytical reports.
• Excellent presentation skills to defend positions and findings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Analyst to enhance analytical capabilities of the VWS.
• Monitor security situations and collect information from various sources.
• Register information securely and redact sensitive data where needed.
• Draft reports and deliver presentations on relevant topics.
• Review confidential documents and provide translations/interpreting as required.
• Support senior managers in the absence of the Analyst.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and impartiality in all tasks.
• Sign confidentiality agreement prior to duties.
