Job summary

Settly BV in Amsterdam is seeking a proactive Housing Coordinator to help build our housing practice for international employees relocating to the Netherlands. You will own end-to-end housing support from intake to move-in.

You will work with landlords, arrange viewings, support lease negotiations, and help transferees navigate Dutch rental processes. The role offers room to shape processes and improve the relocation experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in the Dutch housing market.
• Fluent English (C1/C2), written and spoken.
• Dutch language skills are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day housing searches from intake to move-in.
• Schedule and coordinate viewings with landlords and agents, in person or via video.
• Prepare and track rental applications and documents for landlords.
• Keep housing records accurate and up to date in our systems.
• Collaborate with Relocation and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth relocation.
• Suggest improvements to housing processes, templates and tools.
