Job summary

Wilde Amsterdam is seeking a Sales Manager to build a market, a network and a community around our soon-to-be-open long-stay property. This role centers on relocation and extended stay partnerships, along with creative commercial activation, in a pre-opening environment.

You will own local demand generation, win new accounts, and develop relocation relationships while promoting the Wilde brand and using CRM to keep the pipeline visible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant hospitality sales experience.
• Strong local market knowledge and networks in Amsterdam.
• Fluent English; Dutch/German language skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build Wilde Amsterdam as a local hub through events and partnerships.
• Own local demand generation, account strategy, site inspections, and contracts.
• Develop a strong long-stay pipeline and relocation relationships in Amsterdam.
• Meet new clients, secure and manage accounts with professional relationships.
• Actively promote the Wilde brand through sales and marketing activity; maintain CRM visibility.
