Job summary

TicketSwap is seeking a part-time Dutch-speaking Customer Support Hero to assist Dutch-speaking fans. Work 24-32 hours per week from Amsterdam, with weekend shifts and office-first hybrid options.

You’ll help fans via chat, email and phone, resolve issues, and share insights with the CX team to improve the overall experience. The role suits calm, friendly communicators who thrive in a fast-paced live-events environment.

Qualifications

• Native level Dutch and fluent in English.
• Some experience in an office or professional environment, ideally in customer support.
• Comfortable talking to customers via chat, email, and phone.
• Available for 24-32 hours per week, based in or near Amsterdam, with at least one weekend shift.
• Calm, clear and friendly communicator in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Front line support via chat, email and phone to fans.
• Fix sellers' mistakes and suggest improvements to prevent recurrence.
• Aim for high customer satisfaction and productivity to meet targets.
• Use Intercom or similar tools to manage conversations smoothly.
• Share insights with the CX team and collaborate with colleagues for consistent support.
• Support during peak moments or holidays when events are busy.
