Job summary

TicketSwap is seeking a detail-oriented Platform Operations member based in or near Amsterdam to support Partnerships and CX. You will ensure events are accurately configured, aid fans with ticket issues, and collaborate with Product to investigate errors in our SecureSwap service and Sealed Integrations.

This part-time role requires 24 hours per week, exceptional English, and availability for at least one weekend shift every week.

• Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Available for 24 hours per week and based in or near Amsterdam.
• Available for at least one weekend shift every week.
• Ability to grasp data quickly and address issues based on it.
• Strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
• Team player with stakeholders across functions.
• Genuine interest in the events industry.
• Willingness to challenge existing processes and improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Partnerships Managers across countries.
• Support CX team with fans’ ticket issues.
• Collaborate with Product on investigating errors in SecureSwap and Sealed Integrations.
• Contact partner Ticket Providers when issues arise.
• Create and monitor Partner & Secure Swap events from start to end, ensuring accuracy of details.
• Gather information about event changes and communicate it to users.
• Assist users in uploading correct tickets and resolve event-related issues.
