Job summary

STR ADE is seeking a Logistics Services Specialist to join our Amsterdam hub. The role covers receiving, inspecting, labeling, and dispatching shipments, plus handling documentation and system entries in AvSight.

You will coordinate with carriers, customers, and internal teams to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery. The position requires experience in logistics or warehousing, strong English communication, and readiness for rotating shifts and on-call duties in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or related roles.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to learn operational processes quickly and optimize them over time.
• Proficiency with Excel and standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect shipments, report discrepancies.
• Prepare and dispatch shipments with proper labeling and packing.
• Manage documentation, including import/export checks.
• Communicate with internal/external stakeholders and logistics providers.
• Register data in AvSight and other company systems.
• Pick and pack orders accurately per customer specs.
• Report operational issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Perform material handling duties and operate forklifts as trained.
• Maintain quality standards with the Quality department.
• Work in rotating shifts including weekends and on-call duty.
