Job summary

Rhinohome seeks a Junior SDR to open the Dutch market. You will call and email real estate owners, property managers, and facility teams, identifying those with real data issues and booking meetings for our sales team.

This on-site role in Amsterdam requires native Dutch and fluent English, as you will spend most days on the phone. You will document conversations in the CRM and receive direct coaching, with a clear route to Account Executive as you prove the model works.

Qualifications

• On-site in Amsterdam; relocation may be required.
• Native Dutch; daily phone work with prospects.
• Fluent English; working language is English inside the company.
• Willingness to make calls to unfamiliar prospects.
• 0–2 years of commercial experience; drive and coachability valued.
• Organized enough to manage many ongoing conversations.

Responsibilities

• Run daily outbound calls to Dutch real estate owners, property managers, and facility teams.
• Build and qualify prospect lists for the Netherlands, and keep them current.
• Book qualified meetings for the sales team and hand them over with clean notes.
• Test what you say on the call, track what gets a response, and feed that back to marketing.
• Log every conversation in the CRM so the pipeline stays honest.
