Job summary

JetSupport is seeking an HR Officer for Amsterdam who will manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit. You will run the Netherlands payroll in-house and provide payroll inputs for Munich to an external provider, while also maintaining GDPR-compliant personnel records.

The role requires a HBO HR-related degree, 1–3 years of HR experience, and strong English (C1). A proactive, numbers-oriented mindset and comfort with data are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Personnel & Organisation or related field.
• 1–3 years’ HR experience, preferably including payroll.
• Experience with AFAS is an advantage; experience with Qlik or other reporting tools is a plus.
• English at C1 level; accurate, discreet and numbers-minded.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment: post vacancies, manage applicants and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding, including contracts, changes and exit administration.
• Process HR changes and maintain personnel records in AFAS, in line with GDPR.
• Prepare and process the monthly payroll for the Netherlands (in-house).
• Deliver monthly payroll input for Munich Oberpfaffenhofen to our external payroll provider.
• Support absence administration and follow-up.
• Build and maintain HR reports and dashboards in Qlik.
• Answer employee questions on employment conditions, policies and procedures.
