Shine in Amsterdam is seeking a proactive and highly organized Part-Time Workplace Operations & Culture Manager (Monday to Thursday, 20 hours/week) to join our People & Culture team. You’ll be the heart of the Amsterdam office, ensuring a welcoming, safe and engaging workspace and supporting global workplace policies.
You will partner with IT and local teams, build processes from scratch, track wellbeing data and OKRs, and organize events that boost team spirit across our European offices.

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on and highly organized Part-Time Workplace Operations & Culture Manager (Monday to Thursday) to join our People & Culture team! This is a part-time (20 hours/week), on-site role, you will be the heart of our Amsterdam office, ensuring our local workspace is welcoming, safe, and engaging. Beyond the local office, you will also take global ownership of our workplace operations building out the policies, processes, and wellbeing data tracking that keep our international teams aligned, happy, and productive.
In Amsterdam, you’ll join a diverse team of about 20 colleagues - and become the friendly face that keeps the office feeling good, looking great, and running efficiently.
As our Workplace Operations and Wellbeing Manager, you’ll report to the Team Lead for Workplace & Wellbeing (based in Paris) and work closely with peers in Berlin, Copenhagen, Spain, Paris. You’ll also collaborate regularly with IT and our local team in Amsterdam.
