Job summary

OTC Flow in Amsterdam is seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain tools that support traders and back-office operations. You’ll contribute to data analysis, automation, and CRM improvements while taking ownership from design through deployment.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate market requirements into practical software solutions, with a focus on performance, quality, and user experience in a dynamic environmental commodities market.

Qualifications

• Experience in building full-stack software solutions for trading or data-intensive environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks and solutions.
• Proven experience creating user-friendly dashboards or internal tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal tools for trade capture, market analysis, and client workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales Traders, Analysts, and Operations to convert needs into tasks.
• Improve data quality and automate workflows and data pipelines.
• Contribute to feature development, bug fixes, and UX improvements.
