Job summary

OTC Flow in Amsterdam is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our office. You will design, build and optimize software tools for traders and back office, taking ownership from concept to deployment.

You’ll work with Python on the backend and JavaScript/Dash/React on the frontend, building dashboards and internal tools that improve data analysis, automation and workflows across the environment markets. Collaborate across teams and contribute to an inclusive, fast-moving tech culture.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience with Python for backend and JavaScript/Dash/React for frontend.
• Strong understanding of SQL databases.
• Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Software Engineering and/or related field.
• Comfortable in Windows environments. Linux & Docker knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in gathering business requirements and communicating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal tools that support trade capture, market analysis and client workflows.
• Translate business and market requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales Traders, Analysts and Operations to understand needs and convert them into technical tasks.
• Build and improve user-friendly dashboards or internal tools.
• Contribute to feature development, bug fixes and UX improvements.
