Job summary

The Mercer Brand, an Amsterdam-based footwear and lifestyle label, seeks a Fulltime Account Manager Wholesale Netherlands to grow the Dutch wholesale network and manage retailers.

Based in Amsterdam, you will be the commercial contact for retailers, grow existing accounts, and actively open new doors across the Netherlands. Regular client visits, trade shows, and collaboration with sales, marketing and operations are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in wholesale sales or account management.
• Strong communication and commercial skills.
• Affinity with sneakers, fashion and retail benefits the role.
• Existing network in Dutch fashion or footwear is a plus.
• Dutch and English proficiency required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts in the Netherlands.
• Open new retailers and commercial opportunities.
• Present and sell new collections during sell-in.
• Regularly visit clients across the Netherlands.
• Collaborate with retailers on assortment, sell-through and growth.
• Track sales results and identify growth opportunities.
• Represent Mercer at trade shows and events.
• Work with sales, marketing and operations in Amsterdam.
