Job summary

sennder is seeking a Country Manager, Benelux, to lead the Benelux business from the Amsterdam office. You will own performance, growth, and P&L while directing commercial and carrier operations teams to deliver service quality for customers and carriers alike.

You will partner with cross-functional teams (tech, finance, People) to drive efficient workflows, growth, and market leadership in Europe. This is a high-impact leadership role in a scaling organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation.
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and regional leadership.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management across commercial, operations, and tech teams.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Own performance and growth of sennder's Benelux business.
• Lead commercial account management and carrier operations teams.
• Drive market strategy, partnerships, and operational excellence.
• Manage P&L, targets, and cost efficiencies for Benelux.
• Represent sennder with customers, partners, and at industry events.
