Are you passionate about making MSF a better place to work for? Do you enjoy working with data, understanding what staff are experiencing, and bringing people together to turn findings into practical improvements? Then this could be the role for you.
As Project Lead All-Staff Pulse Survey, you will lead the design, implementation, monitoring, and progressive scale-up of the OCA All-Staff Pulse Survey across all staff in HQ, Hub Offices, and Country Programs. You will coordinate the full pulse survey cycle, from planning and communication to analysis, reporting, coordinated follow-up and evaluation. You will work closely with SHU, Safeguarding, DEI, People Partnering, departments, and operational stakeholders to review findings, identify priorities, activate appropriate support and monitor agreed actions. You will also play a key role in developing dashboards, monitoring reports, and action-tracking systems, helping teams and management translate findings into clear priorities and improvement initiatives.
