MSF Netherlands is seeking a Project Lead All-Staff Pulse Survey to oversee the design, implementation, and scale-up of the All-Staff Pulse Survey across HQ, hubs and country programs. You will guide planning, communication, analysis, reporting and follow-up with stakeholders to turn insights into actions.

The role requires an analytical, M&E-minded professional with experience in governance, data analysis and cross-functional collaboration, in a humanitarian NGO setting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Monitoring & Evaluation or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in project or program management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional or transversal initiatives.
• Experience with surveys, monitoring systems, data analysis, reporting, or dashboards.
• Analytical and M&E mindset with the ability to translate findings into priorities and actions.
• Strong governance, stakeholder coordination, and organizational learning.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, implementation, monitoring, and scale-up of the All-Staff Pulse Survey across HQ, hubs, and country programs.
• Coordinate governance and accountability processes across offices.
• Manage survey planning, communication, reporting, and follow-up.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, monitoring tools, and action-tracking systems.
• Support data-informed prioritization and decision-making.
• Facilitate collaboration across specialist teams and operational stakeholders.
• Capture lessons learned and strengthen continuous improvement.
• Contribute to long-term sustainability, governance and resource planning.
