Job summary

St. Paul Group in the Netherlands seeks an All-round Maintenance Technician to ensure smooth operation of production, packaging, and building facilities.

You’ll work independently with a proactive mindset, yet collaborate with the Technical Department and Production to keep the factory running safely and efficiently. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose malfunctions, inspect equipment, and contribute ideas for process improvements.

Qualifications

• MBO qualification in electrical, mechanical or mechatronics.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and communicate clearly with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive maintenance on production, packaging, and building installations.
• Locate, analyze, and resolve technical malfunctions safely and efficiently.
• Inspect installations and assess the technical condition of machines and equipment.
• Contribute ideas for improvements and optimization of installations and processes.
• Support work preparation and manage technical parts inventory.
• Collaborate with technicians, operators, and external maintenance partners.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and hygiene regulations; log work in Ultimo CMMS.
