Job summary

abbGrowers B.V. in Horst (Limburg) is seeking an Allround Maintenance Technician to ensure smooth operation of our advanced production and packaging lines. You will collaborate with Team Leaders and Line Operators to maintain equipment and contribute to process improvements.

The role requires an MBO level 3/4 technician with both electrical and mechanical knowledge, plus a strong production mindset and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• MBO level 3/4 working and thinking level.
• Allround electrical and mechanical technician (E+W) with basic process technology knowledge.
• Affinity with a production environment.
• Experience in fresh produce (AGF) sector is an advantage.
• Good command of Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible attitude to working style and hours.
• Team player with a positive problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of machines and installations.
• Perform and document technical maintenance accurately.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical malfunctions.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely calibration and verification of machines.
