Job summary

Eastmen Human Resources B.V. seeks a Maintenance and Troubleshooting Mechanic for a food production environment in the Netherlands.

You will perform all-round maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production machines, covering mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic tasks to ensure smooth operation of production lines. The role requires 2–3 years of maintenance experience, a solid technical background in Electrotechnics/Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics, and English at B2

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Solid knowledge in Electrotechnics, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and solve technical failures on machines and installations.
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep the machine park in optimal condition.
• Replace machine components such as chains and various mechanical parts.
• Perform hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic maintenance and repairs.
• Consult and cooperate with colleagues during repairs and issues.
• Maintain and service tools and technical equipment.
