Job summary

Webfleet is Bridgestone’s fleet management solution and a global leader in AI-driven customer experience enhancements. We seek a strategic Program Manager to drive AI Transformation and Customer Journey programs, aligning business and technology through governance, reporting, and transparent delivery across streams.

You will orchestrate executive-facing updates, manage dependencies, and ensure measurable value realization while coordinating with senior leadership across an international team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading enterprise transformation programs.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional portfolios and governance processes.
• Strong understanding of AI, data, technology, and organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate AI Steering Committee governance, meetings, decisions and owners.
• Act as central coordination point across AI transformation streams and maintain portfolio view.
• Develop enterprise AI governance frameworks, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting standards.
• Track progress, risks, and value realization; ensure alignment with customer journeys.
• Lead the Customer Journey End-to-End Transformation program with cross-functional stakeholders.
