Job summary

Bentley Systems Europe B.V. is seeking a Business Operations Lead for Ecosystem & Ventures to drive learning, engagement, and AI enablement across a global remote team.

You will own the Community of Practice, curate content, and ensure compliance and operational obligations are met while managing the team budget and swag program. You will partner with senior leaders to plan events, track adoption of AI tools, and develop engaging communications that connect colleagues across regions and time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2–5+ years in business operations, program management, or a people-facing role in tech.
• Genuine interest in AI tools and practical adoption.
• Experience planning engagement events for distributed/remote teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate the E&V Community of Practice to drive cross-functional knowledge sharing.
• Plan, curate, and drive CoP content and sessions to keep the community active.
• Own the AI enablement journey, identify tools and use cases for daily work.
• Track adoption, gather feedback, and iterate on AI initiatives.
• Plan employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs; coordinate celebrations.
• Manage team budget, expenses, and compliance training; monitor deadlines.
• Develop engagement content and communications for a global team.
• Support budget reporting and provide leadership visibility on spend.
