Qualifications

• Experience delivering SaaS products in workforce/resource management domains.
• Proven ability to shape strategy, roadmaps, discovery, delivery and adoption.
• Experience with workforce planning, scheduling, attendance, payroll integration or analytics.
• Understanding of operationally intensive industries like Construction & Engineering, Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, Telecom or Field Service.
• Experience with global customers and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English; willingness to travel internationally.
