Job summary

Webfleet is seeking a strategic Program Manager to accelerate AI Transformation and Customer Journey Transformation initiatives. You will govern complex programs, align business and technology stakeholders, and drive execution across multiple streams.

You will act as the backbone of the AI portfolio and ensure measurable business outcomes for customers. In this role you will coordinate AI streams, manage dependencies and risks, and report progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise transformation programs and PM functions.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional portfolios and governance processes.
• Strong understanding of AI, data, technology, and organizational change.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience working with senior leadership teams and governance boards.
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization and influence without direct authority.
• Knowledge of AI governance, operating models, portfolio management, and value realization frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the AI Steering Committee: set the agenda, manage time, and keep discussions on track.
• Own meeting documentation: capture decisions, actions, owners, and deadlines clearly and consistently.
• Follow up commitments between sessions — chase open actions, flag risks, and elevate blockers early.
• Keep the SteerCo grounded: push back on scope creep and align discussions with priorities.
• Prepare pre-read materials and post-meeting summaries for SteerCo members and executives.
• Coordinate planning, governance, reporting, and execution across AI streams for consistency.
• Maintain the enterprise AI roadmap and portfolio view with milestones, decisions and value.
• Lead the Customer Journey End-to-End Transformation program and cross-functional coordination.
