Qualifications

• Strong storyteller who translates complex topics into clear narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience overseeing the delivery or guiding the execution of strategic initiatives.
• Ability to align executive stakeholders across complex transformations and create momentum for change.
• Professionally proficient in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Co-create Data & AI strategies with client leadership.
• Secure sponsorship and alignment across business and technology stakeholders.
• Translate strategy into roadmaps and orchestrate execution across multiple teams and vendors.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and long-term sustainability are embedded in delivery.
• Be the trusted advisor who stays close to outcomes—not just the slides.
• Work hand-in-hand with data scientists, engineers, and consultants to keep delivery anchored in strategy.
• Contribute to shaping and evolving the Xebia Data Strategy proposition.
