Job summary

ByteDance's BytePlus team seeks a senior pre-sales solution architect to partner with regional Sales and design enterprise cloud/AI solutions. You will lead demos, RFI/RFP responses, architecture workshops and guide clients from pre-sales to implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related work experience in cloud/AI or a related field.
• Experience with cloud computing ecosystems and enterprise solutions.
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive customer value.
• Proactive, self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments and with ambiguity.
• Experience engaging with enterprise clients at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional Sales Teams to qualify leads and design technical solutions.
• Lead market adoption efforts for industry-level solutions.
• Manage enterprise client engagement end-to-end, from pre-sales to delivery.
• Collaborate with product teams to shape roadmaps and feature requests.
• Provide thought leadership across cloud and ML products.
• Work with product teams to close PMF gaps and drive development roadmap.
• Support post-sales activities and upsell/cross-sell with Account Executives.
