Job summary

Mondrio is building the future of pricing with an AI-native platform. You will own pricing engagements end-to-end, guiding discovery, segmentation, monetization, and go-live optimization.

You will work with global customers from Amsterdam and San Francisco hubs, collaborating with product and engineering to sharpen the pricing engine, mentoring others, and spotting expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, or revenue management in tech or SaaS.
• Deep pricing and commercial value-creation expertise: segmentation, packaging, price metrics, discounting, and willingness-to-pay methods.
• Experience with GenAI/LLM tools in daily work.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present confidently to C-level and cross-functional teams.
• Work authorization to work in the NL (no sponsorship).
• Experience coaching or mentoring others.
• Comfort with data (spreadsheets, SQL).

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements end-to-end from discovery to a live pricing and proposition model.
• Design segmentation, packaging, price metrics, and monetization logic for each customer.
• Stay after go-live to drive continuous pricing optimization as the customer grows.
• Be the trusted pricing advisor for stakeholders, from operators to executives.
• Spot expansion opportunities and turn them into upsell.
• Work inside the Mondrio platform and pricing engine addressing real customer problems.
• Provide feedback to improve the engine and collaborate with product/engineering.
