Job summary

AIHR, a Rotterdam-based leader in AI-powered HR training, seeks a Growth Account Executive / Account Manager to own a global client base and expand our footprint with world-leading companies.

You will maintain, renew and grow a portfolio of ~175 accounts, spanning industries worldwide, while evangelizing new offerings and AI programs that boost HR teams’ capabilities. Collaboration with the Customer Success team is key to driving pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years experience in a closing role.
• Experience owning at least 1.5 million € portfolio and/or closing 25k € deals at mid-market companies.
• Experience renewing and growing clients.
• Experience using generative AI tools for tasks like account research, meeting prep, proposal writing, and workflow automation is essential.
• Ability to talk credibly with HR leaders about how AI is changing their function.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
