Job summary

NN Group is seeking an experienced AI Business Translator to bridge mortgage operations and AI capabilities. You will translate business challenges into AI use cases, co-design solutions with engineering teams, and own the last mile of AI implementation, turning technical capability into operational value.

The role demands senior stakeholder engagement, process understanding and measurable impact in mortgages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent working level.
• 4–5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, product management, digital transformation, or consulting.
• Experience at the intersection of business and technology across domains.
• Ability to lead shaping of complex use cases from problem definition to adoption.
• Dutch language proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the identification and shaping of AI opportunities in collaboration with Product Owners and process experts.
• Translate business challenges into clearly defined AI use cases and success criteria.
• Define data requirements, mappings and AI agent orchestration for solution design.
• Provide input for prioritisation based on business value and feasibility.
• Design AI-enabled workflows and determine what is human vs. AI-driven.
• Coordinate end-user involvement, testing, implementation and adoption.
