Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–5 years hands-on experience in data extraction, AI or software engineering.
• Ability to explain technical trade-offs to clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Improve extraction rates across multiple document types and fields.
• Roll out AI/LLM-based extraction within the engine, including prompts and guardrails.
• Design, build, evaluate benchmarks and production rollout for extraction improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Lending Operations and clients to deliver value.
