Job summary

Trinamics is seeking an experienced AI in HR Program Manager to accelerate AI adoption across HR processes. You will define the AI in HR roadmap and portfolio, translating HR strategy into tangible AI initiatives with clear priorities and governance.

Strong process and organizational understanding
Practical experience and genuine interest in AI and technology
Experience leading projects or programs in international, cross-cultural environments

Comfortable engaging with technical experts and senior stakeholders
Structured, pragmatic and adaptable in a rapidly evolving AI landscape

Responsibilities

Define and manage the AI in HR roadmap, priorities and portfolio
Translate HR strategy into clear AI initiatives and investment priorities
Drive alignment across HR, IT, Data, Architecture, Security, Legal and external partners
Monitor progress, risks, dependencies and value realization
Embed AI into HR processes, ways of working and organizational capabilities
Drive governance, Responsible AI, adoption and AI literacy
Identify opportunities and capabilities required to scale AI across HR
