Job summary

Landal is seeking an AI & ML Lead to drive company-wide AI adoption and delivery. The role bridges business strategy, data capabilities, and technology to make AI a core enabler across departments, reporting into Amsterdam HQ.

We expect 5–8 years in product management or program delivery with a focus on AI, data, or digital transformation. You’ll work with data science, engineering, and product teams, lead change management, and ensure governance across initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in product management or program delivery, AI/digital transformation focus.
• Experience leading AI/ML initiatives from concept to production.
• Strong data lifecycle, analytics, and cloud AI platform knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the AI product roadmap aligned with strategy.
• Translate business challenges into AI use cases with ROI expectations.
• Partner with data science, engineering, and product teams to deliver AI solutions from ideation to production.
• Drive awareness, adoption, and change management for AI tools across business units.
• Manage prioritization and sequencing of AI initiatives ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
• Define ethical and governance frameworks for responsible AI usage across the organization.
• Evaluate AI vendor solutions, platforms, and frameworks to accelerate delivery and scale.
• Communicate complex AI concepts in a clear, business-friendly manner to senior leadership.
