Job summary

Trinamics is seeking a leader to guide the AI in HR programme end to end in a leading international high-tech environment. You will shape the AI agenda for the HR function, coordinate across HR, IT, Data and external vendors, and drive adoption at senior levels.

The role requires broad experience, passion for AI and excellent communication skills to deliver value across HR processes, governance and capability building.

Qualifications

• Broad general work experience with process and organisational knowledge to take decisions at critical moments
• Experience leading several projects or programmes in an international environment
• Strong affinity with technology and AI with hands-on experience
• Excellent communication, change and influencing skills
• Able to handle technical conversations and align with senior stakeholders
• Structured yet flexible to rapid developments in AI

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI in HR programme end to end and maintain an overview of value across the HR landscape
• Define and maintain the AI in HR roadmap and portfolio with clear priorities
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies and strategic decisions across the portfolio
• Drive discussion and decisions on priorities, investments and value realisation
• Embed AI into end-to-end HR processes and organisational capabilities
• Identify opportunities, gaps and future capabilities to scale AI in HR
• Align governance, implementation, sustainment and adoption with strategy
• Ensure compliance with privacy, security, legal and Responsible AI requirements
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Architecture, Data, Security, Legal and external vendors
• Lead communication, stakeholder engagement and adoption activities
