Job summary

MR MARVIS, an Amsterdam-based menswear brand, seeks a senior AI leader to own architecture, productionize AI, and drive ROI across Commerce, Customer, Data, Ops, Growth, CX and People. You will partner with the Tech Director to translate ambition into prioritized backlogs, ensuring reliability, governance, and measurable impact.

You will prototype, evaluate models, and deploy repeatable PoC-to-production playbooks while guiding cross-functional teams and maintaining data safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI systems, agents, evaluation, and prompt engineering in production.
• Proven ability to align AI work with business outcomes and ROI.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical design and back.
• Experience partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with ecommerce/retail AI flows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own AI architecture decisions and collaboration with the Tech Director.
• Prototype PoCs, build pipelines, and productionize AI solutions.
• Define data readiness checks, risk assessment, and rollout plans.
• Lead discovery with non-technical stakeholders and translate to technical terms.
• Ensure reliability, governance, and safety in AI deployments.
