Job summary

Hunkemöller in the Netherlands is building a new AI-native product function within its e-commerce team. As a Product Manager for the AI-enabled product organization, you will shape strategy for Web and App and partner with engineers, designers and data scientists.

The role offers a hybrid work model, international collaboration, and opportunities to experiment with AI-driven discovery, with a focus on improving cart, checkout, and order completion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in e-commerce or digital products.
• Strong commercial mindset with measurable business impact.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with experimentation, customer insights and data-driven decisions.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and navigate ambiguity.
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to adopt new ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy and roadmap across Web and App.
• Identify opportunities through customer research, analytics and experimentation.
• Translate problems into measurable outcomes and prioritized initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, UX, Data and Commercial teams.
• Create momentum in an evolving environment.
• Champion AI-enabled discovery and product development.
• Contribute to building a modern product culture at Hunkemöller.
