Job summary

kaiko is seeking a Content Lead to run its content engine with the discipline of a media company. You’ll produce long-form articles, video, social content, executive narratives and customer stories, while setting editorial direction and ensuring reliable delivery.

You are a strong writer with producer instincts, capable of shaping a content strategy, owning the process, and collaborating with a cross-functional team in healthcare and AI. The role is based in the Netherlands with 50% office time.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in content marketing, editorial, or content production at B2B SaaS with complex products.
• Strong individual-contributor track record with editorial judgment.
• Experience tailoring content to complex buying journeys for distinct audiences.
• Hands-on production experience turning live moments into multi-format content.
• Experience building or growing a content function from zero at a B2B SaaS.
• Self-starter who prioritizes and ships independently.
• Working knowledge of Dutch; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run kaiko’s content function as editor-in-chief: editorial direction, production discipline, multi-format output.
• Turn high-touch moments (roundtables, conferences, site visits) into multi-format content: long-form articles, reports, videos, social series, customer stories.
• Build a testimonial and customer use case program; support leadership in shaping public voices.
• Partner with customers, agencies, and designers to deliver the strategy and own content KPIs.
