Job summary

Samenwerkende Kinderopvang is looking for a Digital & AI Talent Sourcer to design a data-driven recruitment approach, leveraging AI, automation, and AI agents to reach candidates and build durable talent pools across labels. You will analyze campaign data, translate insights into concrete solutions, and help implement new recruitment technology.

You’ll collaborate with Recruitment, HR, Marketing & Communications and Digital & IT teams nationwide, with room for independent initiatives and a focus

Qualifications

HBO or academic level thinking and working.
Experience in talent sourcing, recruitment technology or digital consulting.

Responsibilities

Develop outreach to scarce candidate pools and activate talent pipelines.
Create AI agents and smart workflows to improve recruitment processes.
Analyze campaign and funnel data and drive improvements in conversion and source quality.
Contribute to implementation of new systems and tools for recruitment technology.
Support recruiters in using AI and digital tools effectively.
