Job summary

Nextview Consulting in the Netherlands is seeking a Solution Architect to own the overall Salesforce design across multiple Clouds, ensuring scalable, secure integrations within complex enterprise IT landscapes. You will lead architecture tracks, run PSA sessions, and guide delivery teams through build and go-live, balancing business goals with technical feasibility.

You will translate stakeholder requirements into robust data models, integration patterns, and security governance, while coaching

Qualifications

4–7 years of experience delivering Salesforce solutions, including 1–2 years in a solution or lead architect role.
Broad knowledge of multiple Salesforce Clouds, with deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Solid understanding of process automation, data modelling, integration patterns, APIs and Salesforce security.
Experience designing solutions in complex, enterprise environments.
Consulting experience and strong stakeholder management, up to senior management level.
You explain complex technical topics in plain language.
Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect, or a clear path towards them.
Experience with Data Cloud, Agentforce, Slack or MuleSoft is a strong plus.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
A valid work permit for full-time employment in the Netherlands. We do not sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

Lead the solution design across multiple Salesforce Clouds, such as Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce and Slack.
Design for a headless setup, where users work in Slack and Claude and Salesforce runs the data and processes behind it.
Run architecture workshops with client stakeholders and set up the Project Start Architecture (PSA).
Translate business requirements into solution designs, data models and integration approaches.
Make and document design decisions, and explain the trade-offs to both business and IT stakeholders.
Design integrations with ERP and other systems, together with integration specialists.
Guard quality during delivery: review designs and solution approaches, and coach consultants and developers.
Advise on security, data, governance and release management.
Support Sales with solution input, estimates and proposals for new opportunities.
Contribute to our architecture community and help develop reusable assets.
