Job summary

Nextview Consulting in Amsterdam and Eindhoven seeks a Solution Architect to own the overall Salesforce design across client engagements, ensuring scalable, secure solutions aligned with clients' IT landscapes.

You lead architecture tracks, set PSA, guide delivery, and collaborate with stakeholders. The role requires 4–7 years of Salesforce delivery, deep Sales/Service Cloud knowledge, and a passion for AI-enabled delivery with Claude and Agentforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead the solution design across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Slack).
• Design for headless setups with Slack and Claude; Salesforce runs the data and processes.
• Run architecture workshops with client stakeholders and set up PSA (Project Start Architecture).
• Translate business requirements into solution designs, data models and integration approaches.
• Make and document design decisions, and explain trade-offs to business and IT stakeholders.
• Design integrations with ERP and other systems with integration specialists.
• Guard quality during delivery: review designs and coach consultants and developers.
• Advise on security, data governance and release management.
• Support Sales with solution input, estimates and proposals for opportunities.
• Contribute to architecture community and reusable assets.

ABOUT THE JOB

As a Solution Architect, you own the overall design of the Salesforce solutions we deliver. You connect the business goals of our clients to a solution that is scalable, secure and fits their wider IT landscape.

You work on one or more client engagements at the same time. You lead the architecture track from the start of a project, set up the Project Start Architecture (PSA), and guide the delivery team through build and go-live. You are the person clients and colleagues turn to when a design decision needs to be made.

WHAT YOU'lL BE DOING

• Lead the solution design across multiple Salesforce Clouds, such as Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce and Slack.
• Design for a headless setup, where users work in Slack and Claude and Salesforce runs the data and processes behind it.
• Run architecture workshops with client stakeholders and set up the Project Start Architecture (PSA).
• Translate business requirements into solution designs, data models and integration approaches.
• Make and document design decisions, and explain the trade-offs to both business and IT stakeholders.
• Design integrations with ERP and other systems, together with integration specialists.
• Guard quality during delivery: review designs and solution approaches, and coach consultants and developers.
• Advise on security, data, governance and release management.
• Support Sales with solution input, estimates and proposals for new opportunities.
• Contribute to our architecture community and help develop reusable assets.

WORK AI-NATIVE, EVERY DAY

• Use Claude to analyse a client’s org, process data and existing documentation before the first workshop, so you start from facts instead of assumptions.
• Speed up solution designs, data models, architecture decision records and PSA documents, and check the output with your own expertise.
• Decide where Agentforce, Claude or a deterministic flow is the right answer, and explain the trade-offs in cost, risk and maintenance to the client.
• Help shape how our company uses AI: set standards for AI-assisted delivery and share patterns, skills and reference designs with colleagues.

ABOUT YOU

• 4-7 years of experience delivering Salesforce solutions, including at least 1-2 years in a solution or lead architect role.
• Broad knowledge of multiple Salesforce Clouds, with deep expertise in at least Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Solid understanding of process automation, data modelling, integration patterns, APIs and Salesforce security.
• Consulting experience and strong stakeholder management, up to senior management level.
• You explain complex technical topics in plain language.
• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect, or a clear path towards them.
• Experience with Data Cloud, Agentforce, Slack or MuleSoft is a strong plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• A valid work permit for full‑time employment in the Netherlands. We do not sponsor visas.
