Job summary

Nextview Consulting in the Netherlands seeks a Core Cloud Consultant to help clients maximise the Salesforce platform. You’ll engage with client teams, translate needs into Salesforce solutions, and co-lead workshops from discovery to go-live and adoption.

You will join a multidisciplinary team of developers, architects, designers and project managers. Expect to own the functional side, work across Europe, and grow as you shape AI-enabled Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications

4–7 years of experience implementing Salesforce in a consulting or end-customer role.
Hands-on experience configuring Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
Good understanding of sales and service processes (lead-to-cash, case management).
Curiosity about generative AI and willingness to use Claude in daily work while staying critical of output.
Strong analytical skills with ability to ask the right questions and map processes.
Confident in front of clients from end users to management.
Salesforce certifications or willingness to get certified within 6–12 months.
Specialisation in Marketing Cloud, Field Service, Revenue Management or agentic AI is a plus.
Fluent in Dutch and English; valid work permit for Netherlands; visa sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

Run workshops with clients to understand sales and service processes and define requirements.
Translate requirements into user stories and functional designs.
Configure Sales Cloud and Service Cloud: data model, page layouts, flows, validation rules, reports and dashboards.
Design how users work with Salesforce through Slack and Claude, not only via Salesforce screens.
Advise clients on Salesforce best practices and when to use standard vs. custom solutions.
Work with developers and architects on code or integration solutions.
Test solutions, support UAT, and prepare releases.
Train end users and support adoption after go-live.
Contribute to our Design-Led Approach and agile ways of working.
Share knowledge and help grow the Core Cloud practice.
