Job summary

Basware is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the AI-native document capture solution, including the product vision, strategy, and the AI processing behind it. You will work closely with engineering, architecture, UX, sales, and customer success throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, with 2+ years shaping AI/ML-powered products or features

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for AI-native document capture.
• Oversee end-to-end AI process: multi-model extraction, feedback loop, training pipeline.
• Set accuracy measurement strategy and ground truth.
• Apply Governed Autonomy framework to AI decisions with auditability.
• Engage with customers, prospects, and partners to shape the roadmap and drive adoption.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and partner teams to drive usage and adoption.
• Track KPIs that measure AI-driven adoption and revenue.
