Job summary

Omnia Retail is seeking a hands-on marketing leader to drive enterprise demand and shape the positioning for the Omnia Agent. You will own the marketing budget and lead ABM programs while collaborating closely with Sales, CSM and Product to align on funnel definitions and GTM strategy.

You will manage content, events and digital channels, grow SEO/GEO and implement marketing tech, analytics and attribution to accelerate pipeline and ARR in a remote-friendly, Amsterdam-based setup.

Qualifications

• Sales-led B2B marketing leader with 3–5 years of leadership in SaaS.
• Enterprise deals experience and ABM collaboration with AEs.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• Strategic, commercial thinker turning OKRs into plans.
• Storyteller with transparent positioning against AI.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise demand with ABM and target accounts.
• Own positioning and product marketing for Omnia Agent.
• Align marketing with Sales, CSM and Product.
• Lead budget and pipeline-focused spend.
• Direct content strategy, events and webinars.
• Grow channels: SEO, GEO, paid, experiments.
• Own marketing tech and automation to scale lead qualification.
